1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

  • Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days after processing
  • Carrier: Royal Mail or equivalent courier service

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier's schedule.

3. International Shipping (EU)

We currently ship to select EU destinations, including the Netherlands and Belgium.

  • Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days after processing
  • Shipping rates: calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices.

4. Shipping Rates

  • UK orders: Free standard shipping on all orders
  • International orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with the latest status.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@trygoatly.com. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For UK orders, please allow up to 10 business days before reporting a missing delivery. For international orders, please allow up to 20 business days.

7. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Goatly is not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, re-shipping costs may apply. Please contact us at support@trygoatly.com to arrange redelivery.

8. Bank Holidays

During bank holiday periods, orders may experience slight delays in both processing and delivery. We appreciate your patience during these times and will do our best to dispatch your order as promptly as possible.
